Unusable footpath

Sent to Kent County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3244686.

The "Restricted Byway" footpath that starts at the junction of Binnie Road/Rennie Drive/Marsh Street North and goes towards the Thames is blocked about 80 meters along with a mound of earth and this then causes the area beyond it to be very waterlogged so that it is impossible to walk along it. This renders it impossible to use.
