Broken/blocked drainage pipe under road

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3243652.

This has been a problem for over 2 years and we are STILL waiting for a CCTV investigation into the drainage pipe from the ditch running under the road, to see what is blocking it or if it is broken. The ditch has recently been cleared but the problem is that the water can’t drain away due to the damaged pipe and so the ditch overflows and runs down the main high street into neighbouring properties causing damage. Please can this be addressed immediately.
