White lines needed in middle of road

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3243163.

At the end of Wick Road as it approaches Eagle Road, there is a bend. There are no white lines in the middle of the road here so cars often cut across the bend and I have witnessed several near misses. If road markings were in place, this would make the road safer.

Updates

Twice this week entering the road I have had to do an emergency stop as people coming out of Wick Road on the wrong side of this blind bend. It's dangerous and a pedestrians crossing point
