All gullies need emptying and cleaning causing floods

Speedwell Close and Larkspur Grove are un-adopted roads. Meaning we do not have ownership of these roads. The roads will either belong to the developer that built the estate or a housing association if this is a housing association area. I am sorry we are unable to help you.
