Offroad issue causing dangerous driving

Reported via mobile in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 07:04, Fri 14 January 2022

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3239437.

Coming towards stubbington just before Canterbury drive there is a property that has grown its hedge 10ft high and to the white line of the roadside as there is no pavement. This is causing any vehicle larger than a car to cross the central white line into oncoming traffic to pass the hedgerow, there are no narrow warnings for this and only this week a fuel tanker suddenly swung across the road to avoid the hedge in front of me causing me to avoid an accident by mounting the pavement at 30 mph as there is no warning of a narrow lane ahead and the hedge is so far to the white line
