Pavement dangerous in icy conditions

The pavement on the south side of Hop Garden Road gets dangerously slippery in cold icy conditions. This morning my daughter slipped on the pavement and landed face first, resulting in lacerations to her nose, lips and chin. Something needs to be done about this before someone gets seriously injured.
