Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3235548.

Diversion dumps you into 30MPH suburban distributor roads without segregation, then that road dumps you onto a car sewer without even any shared use before joining up with the narrow shared use on the ring road.
