Fly tipping by recyling bins

Asian lady in black car sunday 17th feb aprox 9am car reg BV04 YTZ threw out black bag at back of paper bank recyling bins onto garden area. looks like a bag of clothes or house hold waste from my window..sick of this daily fly tipping and nothing been down..there is a local site to take rubbish not far and people come in cars and dump anything by thes ugly bins which have rats and broken bottles daily. as i have a car reg hope something can b done as seen this lady do this b 4 but unable to get complete car reg. thank you for your time

  • neigbhour no 3 witton lodge throws rubbish in fron t and back gardens also drives over rubbish bags to use my driveway so bags burst and litter the streets the recycling bins 4 of then have daily fly tipping they are a few yeards from my home on the edge of witton loadge road and college road junction on ground which should look nicely lawned and shrubs..yet the shrubs are fyull of litter due to the fly tipping... these bins need to be moved as did not had trouble before there where there. As said it is daily i have even reported reg no of vans and cars... sick to death of the filth on the streets due to this site and dirty neigbhour..council have written to no 3 to clear up bit they have not it is worse.
