The lamp was reported over a year ago as leaning and not working - it still hasnt been fixed

I first reported this lampost in 2020. it hasnt worked for three years now. approx 2021 workmen came and just cut it in half and have not been back since, not only do we not have a working lamp in the bin area of hyde grove it looks untidy and is in my opinion dangerous. its been three years now. when can we expect this to be fixed?
