Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3222986.

Post is fragile. Could fall and damage or hurt someone. A high wind will cause it to snap off. Another has already fallen over round the corner and is laying on the verge. Been there for 3 months, creating a trip hazard due to the lack of street lights in the area.
