Footpath plus overhanging cars

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3221100.

The footpath from the school towards the Hospital is very bumpy - possible tree roots and general cracks. Plus the cars park very often with part of the car overhanging/blocking the footpath. This path is used daily by children and mother taking them to school. There was a simular problem on footpath by Hook Community Centre in Hook and false kerbs where fitted to stop cars going over the path.
