Abandoned Veichle Blocking Driveway

The van has been blocking our driveway since before Christmas. It looks like it’s abandoned or maybe someone is in it. Please look into this urgently as it needs to be moved. It’s outside 317 Meadow Lane OX4 4BJ and there is CCTV on this road which is by Thames Valley Police.

It's tax expired on 1st Feb. MOT lsts until Dec 21st. (According to DVLA)
