Rocking Drain Cover

Drain cover reinstatement is now failing with cracks extending which will break up leading to a pothole. The cover has sunk 20mm+ on one side and now rocks when vehicles drive over it. This creates a noise audible within adjacent properties. The lip is a risk to cyclists.
