Loose gravel and grit.

Spread across this junction there is a large amount of fine gravel and grit. This has been pushed off the normal lines driven by vehicles and doesn't present a grip issue. It does present a grip issue for cyclist's and PTW

  • Responsibility ping pong. HCC vs FBC. FBC don't care because it's on the border with Gosport and no FBC residents are impacted. HCC are only interested in the parking revenue they can extract by fair means or foul from the area.
