My partner uses this footpath regularly to travel from Horseguards Way to Welby Church using a mobility scooter. We have to alight here due to the lack of a dropped kerb and manually ease the scooter onto the carriageway and repeat the process at the other side. This is a dangerous procedure due to the time it takes us and this particular junction being very wide and used a lot by HGVs and often speeding cars.
