Remove dangerous pedestrian crossing

Reported via desktop in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 17:26, Sun 2 January 2022

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3210790.

This crossing is poorly designed from the start and is dangerous.

To follow the paved paths when walking from Hook to North Warnborough, you would be expected to cross here. The visibility towards fast oncoming traffic (travelling from J5 towards Hook) is very poor, and you would need to step out without being able to see that there is enough time between oncoming traffic.

There is an obvious unpaved desire line on the other side of the road. Just pave the desire line instead and remove the current pavement and crossing in this section of B3349
