Road markings incorrect

The 2 lanes coming up to the roundabout both show straight on, with left lane straight on or turn left. The lanes painted on the road are incorrect and force the left lane to turn left only, and the right lane to move to where the left lane should go. cars are all over the place here as some follow the directions and some follow the lanes on the road which contradict each other. Massive oversight and accidents waiting to happen
