Main storm drain partially blocked. Overflows on road and up driveway whe it rains.
Sent to Milton Keynes Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3209268.
This problem has been reported twice in past 2 months . Continuous heavy rain will result in garage at No.29 flooding. Drain located opposite house No.28 and 3Meters from No.29 driveway.

The Council represetative apparently visited as the drains were highlighted with white paint. Since it had not rained when they visited and the water had slowly seeped away. In their correspondence to me, they concluded the problem was not bad enough to merit immediate attention and stated they had more urgent matters to attend.

The recent rains caused the drains to flood in the driveway and square and the next door's 2 year old was seen playing in the filthy water which could present a health hazard. I had to wade in water to get to my car which was parked on my drive.

Council's response was that they had more urgent matters to attend. Blockage of getting worse as it takes less rainfall to water to start settling in the square and the rate of drainage takes longer with each downpour.

I spoke to a local Councillor recently about the matter but because there has not been any rain recently they have no evidence of the problem.

During tge recrnt flash heavy downpour after a period of dry weather yge drain again overflowed. Think a good clean and high pressure flush would do the job.

Problem still not fixed still flooding when it rains. Now taking longer time to seep away. It is the responsibility of the Council not the waterboard
