Huge amount of litter

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3206582.

This has been an issue for over a year. I’ve reported this at least twice previously. On the A10 northbound slip road at the Ware/A414/Hoddesdon junction, there is an awful lot of litter. It’s disgusting, an eyesore and dangerous for wildlife. Please can this be sorted once and for all.
