Huge amounts of litter on A10 & sliproads

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3206480.

The litter situation on the A10 and associated slip roads and laybys is getting visibly worse. It never seems to be cleared and is a disgrace.
