Double yellow parking

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3201752.

Daily occurrences of all the double yellow lines being parked on which prevents bin lorries access to the lane opposite, resulting in residents bins not getting emptied regularly.
