Disgusting level of litter on the slip road

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3201520.

Absolutely disgusting level of litter on the verges on the north bound slip road from A10 to A1170 towards Ware. It’s an absolute disgrace and harmful to wildlife. Clearly has not been cleaned for a very long time.
