Traffic lights have a sticky button and is constantly on, traffic lights change to red every 30 seconds, 24 hours a day.

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3201323.

Happened for a few days now, but the Charden road side button is stuck in so the lights carry on going off even though no one is there, this happens around every 30 seconds or so.
