Feeding seagulls

Sent to Eastleigh Borough Council and Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3201213.

Frequent seagulls swooping around into gardens picking up food that has obviously been left out purposefully for seagulls. (Whole pieces of meat, loaves of bread, chicken legs, so not being left out to feed small gardens birds). Seagulls then dropping food in other gardens increasing risk of rats feeding on. Seagulls "mess" dropping on cars, patios, etc. Disgusting. Unable to pin point exact houses but in the region of Coniston Gardens, Smith Grove, Rosemary Gardens and Yardley Road.
