Road Works completed poorly

Recently the whole of Ferry Road has been relaid. This has been done very poorly, the originaly road was not scraped off, and the road has now been covered in a poor surface, tar has been splatterd on all of the pavements( including the brand new paths near the shops and the library in the center of ferry road.) It is very bumpy and uneven and has made a beutiful village look a state. Where ferry road joins other roads, there is a considerable bump, as about an inch of road surface have been laid on top of the same road and has not been tapered to join the other roads.
