Loose manhole cover

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3196332.

Manhole cover Basingstoke direction near the lights. Every time something drives over it, it bounces up. Won’t take much for it to be bounced out of position and leave a hole / manhole cover in the road.
