Dangerous parking on a blind bend

I use the North Pickenham Road to and from Swaffham everyday for work. Over the past few weeks the parking outside S&S Motors has become extremely concerning. It is at its worst in the afternoon and early evening. There is often 5/6 vehicles parks on the road, directly on the blind bend. There is no street lighting on this particular part of the road and it is impossible to see past the line of vehicles. I have to take a risk to drive past the vehicles and go round the bend and hope no cars are coming in the opposite direction. There is definately going to be an accident there at some point soon. Not only do they have multiple vehicles parking on the road, they also have them parking on the grassed areas on the path which is now just a mud bath and extremely unsightly.
