Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3191422.

A caravan has been dumped more than 3 months ago. Have spoken to the council on multiple occasions but nothing done. It’s starting to attract unwanted characters. It also makes it hard for people to park and get cars in and out.
