No light at Darton park

Reported via mobile in the Street lighting category anonymously at 16:35, Mon 20 December 2021

Sent to Barnsley Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3191331.

5 out of the 6 lights at Darton Park are not working. It is pitch black there by 4.30pm. It has been this way since the clock's went back. Just because its winter it doesn't mean that kids don't want to play outside at the park .

  • Insufficient dog litter bins on Longfields park. Bins only extend to halfway the length of the park. Leaves dog walkers throwing litter bags away or having to walk lengthy distances. Bins often become overflowing and unhygienic. At least one is severely vandalised. They need a reappraisal of whether they are fit for purpose?
