Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3191101.

There is a smashed bottle with bits of broken glass on the corner of downs and dolphins road that has been there for some weeks now and is getting spread about the pavement. Very dangerous for kids, dogs and cats.
