Elham High Street Lamp columns 1 and 2 out (close to Village Hall access Lamp columns 3 (opposite war memorial) and 7 (outside Rose and Crown) day burning

  • Lights still day burning this morning, I am assuming that as these above have not been righted that in Fairfield, No 4, at the bottom of a steep flight of steps has not also. K H London ( which is not anonymously as stated above,

  • Absolutely nothing has happened, I am beginning to wonder whether there was any point in reporting them in the first place, clearly KCC has no intention in giving the service they owe.
