I email the council with pics almost each week now! Thus has been going on for about 3 years! It's always the same people! I hate to say it but they are foreigners!! The rubbish gets taken away but then they put more out. Black bin bags get ripped open by animals and food is then left in the open, they also leave used disposable nappies outside too.

    This has still not been resolved, even after photos being sent via email almost every week to the council! How long must I fight to get my bin out? We are plagued by rats now as qell!!

    We thought this was all dealt with! It has been clear on and off for a while now, but.... We actually got pics/video of them!! We did say that if they didn't clear it we would report them to the council! They did clear it all away. They were doing this when it was a dark and if we hadn't gone out to check what the noise was we would not know who had put it there!!! Let's see how long it stays clear this time.
