Drain loose/noise when traffic passes

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3187188.

The drain (and others on Newbury Street) were repaired/replaced in the last year or so however they did not fill tarmac in around the drains. The located drain is loud when vehicles pass over it and i can feel my house shake which is affecting sleep at night. It sounds loose or may just need to be filled in properly.
