Protective fencing over canal bridge is damaged. Very dangerous

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3186765.

The planks retaining the wire fence at its base have been recently removed. There is nothing to prevent a child from falling through the gap into the canal beneath. Very dangerous as little kids usually climb the fence to peer into the lock and will be unaware of the missing planks. Most likely from vandalism.
