Large gap opened up near traffic lights westbound

Just noticed today a series of cracks where the rubber strips are close to the traffic lights. One is especially large / deep - broken concrete

    I have been advised that council has been unable to locate the problem, which is now bigger with cables exposed. The precise location (What3Words) is beyond.employ.lung and is between Skippetts Lane West and the traffic lights at the junction for Skippetts Gardens
