Traffic Lights causing major tailbacks

The traffic lights at Little Heath appear to have been re-phased recently which has been causing major tailbacks to westbound traffic along the Eastern Avenue. This morning (06/02/2013) at 7AM the traffic was tailed back so far it obstructed the previous set of lights at the Moby Dick junction.
