Mud and Foliage Mulch on Road

Sent to Cherwell District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3184492.

Mud and foliage from overhanging trees have built up and are making the road surface dangerous. The mulch is very thick in places and cars will slip when braking making it hazardous. Local school children are brought in cars and walk in this area on way to school, church and local amenities. It's dangerous and dirty!

This has not be addressed and is getting much worse blocking the drains.
