Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3184457.

Dangerous parking from the nizaam buildings. Damaged, untaxed and half repaired cars parked along both sides of the road, blocking vehicles from turning. If emergency services were needed they would be unable to get vehicles up the streets.

This needs addressing ASAP
