Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3184411.

The car repair garages within the nizaam building on Cecil Road are parking large numbers of cars vans and 4x4s on the roads around the nizaam building. Not only are they parking on residential streets they are parking over junctions and causing obstructions.

I have checked a couple of registrations and suprise suprise they are not taxed.
