Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3184326.

Mostly at this location but also on pavements further up & down Kelvinside Gardens. Leaves blocking drains and causing flooding on road & pavements. Also making pavements dangerously slippy.
