Thick mud at edge of road hampering disabled ramp near letter box

Sent to Cherwell District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3183702.

It's impossible to use the disabled ramp near the letter box to cross the road without getting muddy shoes. This whole area needs cleaning.
