Inconsiderate parking of commercial and private vehicles

The pavements are constantly obstructed from vehicles forcing my wife and myself to walk on the road with our baby in the pram and with our dog when walking him. There are a few people that are doing this, one is a logistics company, one a timber company, and one a building company, the logistics company started parking on the pavements and the other two have followed. I have reported to Surrey Police, and I have sent photos to Runnymede Council, they have been received but not responded yet, sent one on Sunday 12th Dec and one on Monday 13th Dec. Police have called the timber company and the building company, but they are still parking on the pavements/road entrance. I have had a quiet word with the logistics company as he can have up to 3 commercial vehicle and 3 cars at a time parked on the pavement/road.
