Access to my parking space blocked knowingly

I use the paved parking space that is part of my front garden. The pavement kerb was lowered for me by Milton Keynes Council to allow me to park. I cannot get my car on to the space. I reported it to Thames Valley Police. TVP told me it was a matter for MK Council. But the MK Council website says because there are no signings or lines about parking it cannot do anything and refers me to the police -- which is why I reported it to TVP.
