Communal bins overflowing

Reported via mobile in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 14:21, Mon 13 December 2021

Sent to South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3177192.

The communal bin area for the flats at Villa Close, Cholsey, has not been emptied for some time and now all rubbish is on the ground and overflowing. Soon there will be no room for residents to dispose of their waste. It’s going to attract rats and it is already a health hazard

Council ref: 3177192

  • Still hasn’t been emptied. Refuse is now flowing out onto the road and it’s now not possible to close the doors. The smell is unbelievable and this is now an urgent environmental health issue. It needs to be cleared URGENTLY!!!!
