Matresses left in nearby garages

We have today reported to the local police about matresses that have been left in front of garages set back from the road along by the side of the electricity sub station not far from our property. Unfortunately today some youngster decided it was fun to try and set light to one of the matresses. If it hadnt been for the quick thinking of my son it may well have been very dangerous. My son and my husband have both seen these youngsters but run off. This is the third/fourth time we have reported problems with this garage area and have asked a few times to have this fenced off just to stop this happening again. Please could something be done as it is quite worrying especially with people dumping their rubbish it makes the area look very tardy and this was a nice area not that long ago.
