Fly tipped Rubbish in lay by and along verges

Sent to South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3173462.

There is a large amount of rubbish in the lay by near the new quarry and also on the other side of the road, just before you reach spring lane when approaching from Shiplake. More seems to have been added, since an initial fly tip a few months ago.
