Street lights still not working

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3172098.

AS above NONE of the Northern end of the roundabout lights are working, which with the bright under-pass lights ruining your night vision makes it very difficult to see pedestrians and unlit cyclists.
