Storm drain removed and filled in

Reported via mobile in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 16:58, Tue 7 December 2021

Sent to Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later

In August 2021 there was a major electrical outage in Lord Street, the road was dug up to repair the faults and the storm drain removed. It was not replaced and the road was filled in! As you can see from the attached photos, from the short time we have had rain today there is nowhere for it to go! It is likely to cause an accident and possible flooding. This has previously been reported but nothing has been done.
