Regular dumpling of household waste outside residential building on Seymour Place, next to street bin, opposite the Seymour Leisure Centre. Includes black bags, food waste (which birds attack) take away food waste, recycling, all kinds of rubbish etc. it is happening all the time. As soon the rubbish is cleared more is dumped. It has been happening for the last couple of months and continues to happen.
