Always using pavement as parking

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3163127.

I think the traffic wardens are turning blind eyes to STL auto Garage on Fosse Road South, they always block the footways, also parks customers vehicle on double yellow lines on both ends of the side street, I got nothing against the business, but it's impossible to walk on the pavement,

I have been given case number PA 383968631, I had a lots of communication with the gentleman from the council, even I provided with photo evidence more than once but no action being taken, situation is still the same
